THE ROLE
In this role, you will:
- Washing cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Returning cleaned items to their designated storage areas, ensuring they're ready for use.
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Assisting in the efficient setup and pack-down of back-of-house spaces.
- Providing support to chefs during food service to ensure smooth operations.
These are casual positions with no set shifts or weekly hours. Rosters are determined by event schedules and team availability. We are seeking reliable individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
- Applicants with experience in hospitality or fast-food environments in operational roles welcome.
- A positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and stay calm under pressure.
- Physical fitness, as this is a hands-on, active role.
